Together with his wife Mara, Rowan started R & M Properties Inc. in early 2006. What started out as offering cleaning to a few property managers quickly grew into a business providing a variety of services to residential and commercial customers.
It’s been the desire to serve - both our clients and people who come to work for us - that has become our “thing”. We’re here to come along side and assist our clients and workers with our services and the opportunities they provide.

Rowan and Mara have four children and live in Calgary, AB. In addition to founding R and M Properties Inc., they are also the senior leaders at Gateway Victory Church, and run a marriage coaching ministry at CoupleThings.com
